Product prices quoted do not include delivery costs. Any delivery or handling charges in relation to your Order will be added to the total. We have flat rates depending on the countries.
Cancellations/Changes to an order:
Cancellations of orders are possible during 24 hours after payment confirmation. Change of order can also be done during 24 hours after payment confirmation only.
Need to return a defective or wrong-shipped item?
To avoid this problem, we will make sure that a full inspection will be made before shipping.
Please note there could be a variance in color due to screen resolutions which cannot be perceived as a defect.
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.
Exchanges for defective items will be made with identical size and item ONLY, free of charge. An Nur Designs will cover the return shipping costs. Your replacement item will be shipped in standard shipping. If you request express shipping applicable fees will be apply.
If you received a wrong item, to receive credit for your return shipping cost you must attach the Return Shipping Receipt. If customer uses an alternate courier, An Nur Designs will only refund the equivalent from PosMalaysia Priority Mail fee.
Please make sure you use a track able service as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
What happens if there are banned items in my shipment?
Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, An Nur Designs is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or in correct address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customers expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by your local post office for whatever reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer expense.
Our prices does not include Custom Taxes (if any) from your country.
We are also not responsible for lost items during shipping. Post Office are a third party and we don't answer for them.
However, we will do all what is needed to try to recuperate your package. We will keep you updated about it.
