Prices depend on location and weight/size of the package.
All the packages are shipped trough Standard Shipping, that will connect to the Local Post Office in your country.
Items are shipped within 7-12 Working Days. Tracking numbers will be emailed to confirm delivery time once item-s has been shipped. Delivery takes between 8-16 working days to most of the countries, near countries take less time, you will be informed about the exact timmings.
Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete, or incorrect address provided by the customer, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by your local post office for whatever reason will not be returned and will only be resent at the customer expense.
Since everything is Made to Order we cannot make refunds. So the Artwork will be donated to any Masjid, Markas or Madrasa located in Malaysia.
Cancellations/Changes to an order:
Cancellations of orders are possible during 24 hours after payment confirmation. Change of order can also be done during 24 hours after payment confirmation only.
Need to return a defective or wrong-shipped item?
To avoid this problem, we will make sure that a full inspection will be made before shipping.
Please note there could be a variance in color due to screen resolutions which cannot be perceived as a defect.
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.
Exchanges for defective items will be made with identical size and item ONLY, free of charge. An Nur Designs will cover the return shipping costs as well. Your replacement item will be shipped in standard shipping. If you request express shipping applicable fees will be apply.
If you have received a wrong item, to receive credit for your return shipping cost you must attach the Return Shipping Receipt. If customer uses an alternate courier, An Nur Designs will only refund the equivalent from PosMalaysia Priority Mail fee.
Please make sure you use a track able service as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
Custom and Import Taxes:
Custom policies vary from country to country, and deliveries are subject to inspection by custom authorities. Charges for custom clearance must be borne by the customer.
Customers should also contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any item/s from your order, An Nur Designs is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item/s
We are also not responsible for lost items during shipping. Post Office are a third party and we don't answer for them.
However, we will do all what is needed to try to recuperate your package. We will keep you updated about it.
